Welcome to MyWonderHero. Because our products are uniquely custom-made and crafted individually under each specific order, we operate under a specialized return and refund structure. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Personalized & Custom-Made Products

Every item at MyWonderHero is made to order, custom-tailored to your unique specifications.

Due to the highly customized nature of these products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or accidental orders once production has begun. All sales of personalized items are final.

2. When Can You Request a Refund or Cancellation?

You are strictly entitled to a solution, cancellation, or full refund under only two specific circumstances:

(a) Severe Delivery Delays: If we are unable to deliver your order within 40 days from the date the order was placed.

(b) Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives with visible manufacturing defects, flaws, or shipping damages.

3. Reporting a Defective Item

You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any structural flaws or damage, you must notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

To initiate a claim, please email us at support@mywonderhero.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Once verified, MyWonderHero will cover all costs to either send a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Delivery Requirements & Uncollected Orders

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, precise shipping address and to be available to receive the package.

Couriers will typically attempt delivery up to 2 times. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, any additional reshipping fees will be at the customer's expense.

If you fail to collect your order from the designated courier point and it is abandoned, MyWonderHero is under no obligation to issue a refund.

5. Color and Print Variations

We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately on our website. However, please note that actual printed or manufactured colors may slightly vary from what you see on your computer monitor or mobile screen due to different display calibrations. These minor variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
