At MyWonderHero, we are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping to our main destinations, as well as fast delivery for our digital products. Because our physical products are uniquely custom-made and personalized for you, every order goes through a production phase before it is shipped.

1. Digital Downloads

Delivery Time: Within 24 hours.If you purchased a digital download product, it will be sent directly to your email address within 24 hours of placing your order. No physical shipping is required.

2. Shipping Destinations & Cost (Physical Products)

We currently ship exclusively to the following destinations with 100% Free Shipping:

  United Kingdom (UK)/ United States (USA)/ Ireland

3. Coming Soon (Expansion)

Rest of Europe: We are working hard to expand our logistics! Shipping to the rest of European countries will be available very soon. Stay tuned!

4. Delivery Timeline for Physical Products

Production Time: Every item is custom-crafted to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production and quality checks before shipment.

Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days.Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates. We do our best to ensure fast delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by local postal services or customs.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your physical order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.

6. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the local courier, any fees to reship the item will be the buyer's responsibility.
