How We Protect Your Child's Data :

We know that trusting us with your child's name and photo is not something you take lightly — and neither do we.

This page explains, in plain terms, exactly how we handle this information.

What we collect :
To personalise your order, we ask for your child's first name and a photograph.

Why we collect it :
This information is used for one purpose only: to create the personalised product you ordered. We do not use it for anything else.

What we don't do with it :
- We do not use your child's name or photo for marketing, advertising, or social media, unless you separately and explicitly opt in.
- We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for their own use.
- We do not build profiles or use this data for any automated decision-making.
- We do not reuse this data for future orders without asking you again.

Who has access to it :
Only the team members and trusted partners directly involved in producing and shipping your order (such as our printing and delivery partners) can access this information — and only for as long as needed to complete your order. They are contractually required to keep it confidential and secure.

How long we keep it :
We keep this data only for as long as necessary to manufacture and deliver your order, generally no more than 1 month. After that, it is permanently deleted from our production systems, unless we're legally required to keep records for a longer period (for example, accounting rules).

Your rights
As the parent or legal guardian, you can ask us at any time to:
- see what data we hold about your child,
- correct it,
- delete it.
